In the rare event of DOA, a similar replacement will be sent, or store credit will be issued, no refunds - No exceptions. Send well-lit accurate digital photos within 2 hours of UPS delivery time to receive future credit. Purchases of marine life are non-returnable & non-refundable. Shipping costs must be paid & are not refunded or credited, customer responsible for FedEx/UPS shipping charges. Death due to delays in shipping and acts of God are not covered by our DOA policy.
ACCLIMATION
Corals should be immediately received and inspected for any signs of distress. Recommendation is floating the bag for anywhere from 30-60 minutes to match temperature of the tank.
Differences in lighting
Lighting types, setting & intensities, tank conditions, viewing angle, etc. can affect the appearance of coral. Anemones & corals can take several days to inflate & look like photos. Sizes stated are best estimates, anemones & corals can change size dramatically as they inflate & deflate their tissue. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out.
